Catherine Sue Culver, age 58, of Centerville, Iowa, died Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Legacy Lodge in Chariton, Iowa. She was born the daughter of John and Maurine (Davis) Hare on May 13, 1954 in LeMars, Iowa. She graduated from the Storm Lake Senior High School in Storm Lake, Iowa.

She was first united in marriage to Donald Johnson, they were later divorced and then was united in marriage to Wayne Culver, they too were later divorced. She worked as a Drafter at GOMACO Company in Ida Grove, Iowa for many years.

Catherine is preceded in death by: her parents and a sister, Sandra Schmidt.

She is survived by: her sons, Scott Johnson and Mark Johnson both of Russell, Iowa; daughters, Heather Flanders of Osceola, Iowa, Rebecca Squires and Deborah Hobart both of Centerville, Iowa; brothers, Gary Hare of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Johnny Hare of Ida Grove, Iowa; and twelve grandchildren.

A private family service will be held at Lake Rathbun, No visitation is planned and memorials can be made to Circle of Friends Hospice and left or mailed to the Schmidt Family Funeral Home at 501 North 18the Street in Centerville, Iowa.
